Frequently asked questions.
The mat arrived with creases. What should I do?
Lay it flat the day it arrives and put a few heavy books along the crease overnight; it usually lies flat within three days. If needed, iron the fabric side on the lowest heat with a cotton cloth in between. Never iron the rubber side. Still creased after 3 days? Email us with a photo and we’ll make it right.
What size is the mat?
32.4 × 32.4 inches (about 82 × 82 cm), 3 mm thick. Please make sure your table is at least 32.4 inches across.
What’s in the box?
The mat comes with a drawstring storage bag. The Mat + Accessories Set also includes 4 dice, a wind marker, 4 rules cards, scoring chips and index tabs. Tiles and racks are not included.
How do I clean the mat?
Wipe small spills off the water-resistant surface with a damp cloth. For marks, spot clean with mild soap and let the mat air dry fully before folding it.
Can I buy directly from this website?
Not at the moment. All 2F22E mats are sold on Amazon.com, and the buttons on this site link straight to each color.
How do I return or exchange a mat?
Purchases are covered by Amazon’s return policy. Go to Your Orders on Amazon.com, choose the item and follow the return steps. If something is wrong with your mat, email us too; we’d like to hear about it.
Where can I print more score sheets?
Download the free “Who Mahj’d?” scorecard from our scorecard page and print as many as you like.
Can I use the mat for other games?
Yes. It makes a quiet, non-slip surface for poker, card games, board games, dominoes and puzzles.
